Are calculated rates supported?

If you are selling pre-orders via the Purple Dot checkout, it integrates with many shipping rates providers that you may have connected to your Shopify store:

• Shipping rates defined in Shopify's own shipping settings

• Intuitive Shipping

• Swap Global

If you use one of these shipping apps, please reach out to our support team and we can assist in setup. 

If you use a different provider that Purple Dot checkout does not yet support, you can define Manual rates inside Purple dot that approximate the right costs by country (or state) with a flat rate:
