How to use Brightpearl with Purple Dot

Connecting Purple Dot to Brightpearl lets you turn on pre-order automation.

With pre-order automation, waitlists are created directly from your purchase orders - while you maintain full control.

To establish this connection

1. Visit the Integrations settings page in the Merchant Portal and click Connect on the Brightpearl card.

2. Visit the Pre-order Automation settings page in the Merchant Portal to complete the onboarding process.
