How to use Cin7 Core with Purple Dot?

Connecting Purple Dot to Cin7 Core lets you turn on pre-order automation.

With pre-order automation, waitlists are created directly from your purchase orders - while you maintain full control.

To establish this connection

1. Visit the Integrations settings page in the Merchant Portal and click Connect on the Cin7 Core card.

   • You will need an API key from Cin7 Core. To create API credentials in Cin7 Core:

     • In Cin7 Core, go to Integrations → API → Cin7 Core API.

     • Click + to add a new API integration, name it "Purple Dot", and save.

     • Copy its Application Key and paste it into Application Key box in Purple Dot.

     • Copy its Application ID and paste it into Account ID box in Purple Dot.

2. Visit the Pre-order Automation settings page in the Merchant Portal to complete the onboarding process.
