How to use Cin7 Omni with Purple Dot

Connecting Purple Dot to Cin7 lets you turn on pre-order automation.

With pre-order automation, waitlists are created directly from your purchase orders - while you maintain full control.

To establish this connection

1. Visit the Integrations settings page in the Merchant Portal and click Connect on the Cin7 card.

   • You will need an API key from Cin7, watch this video to learn where to find it.

2. Visit the Pre-order Automation settings page in the Merchant Portal to complete the onboarding process.
