How to use Purple Dot with Tapcart

How Purple Dot works with your Tapcart app depends on whether Purple Dot is integrated into your Shopify store as separate checkout or as a payment provider inside Shopify's checkout. See more here to learn about these two options.

As payment provider inside Shopify checkout

No further setup is required, selling Purple Dot pre-orders through your mobile app already works. However at present time Tapcart's checkout is not built to respect the Shipping options you may have configured in Purple Dot - it will simply display the same shipping options as used for your in-stock sales.

As separate checkout

Tapcart has full and free support for Purple Dot's separate checkout, but this integration needs to be enabled. Reach out to your Tapcart account manager to get started.
