Why do I have multiple shipping rates for an order?

Depending on your shipping configurations, you may see multiple shipping rates included for an order. 

For example, in the order screenshot below, the in-stock portion of the order is charged $9.95 for the in-stock portion sent right away. 

In this case, the brand doesn't want to charge shipping for the pre-order aspect of the order, and thus, this shows as free shipping for the remaining two pre-order shipments in the report.
