Evaluating shipping rate conditions in the context of individual shipments rather than total value of the cart

You can decide whether conditional rates (e.g., free shipping over $50) should be triggered by each shipment value or the overall cart value.

Head to the Settings tab on the left-hand side dashboard and click Shipping. Under Shipping rate conditions, you can drop down and choose what the shipping conditions are based on.
